Back to your briefing

Your work preferences stay private.

Your Cyber Brief is operated by Shaping Rooms LLC. We store your verified email, secure session, selected workspaces and versioned work preferences. Approved company email domains allow self-enrollment as a reader; they do not grant private department access or email/push consent.

When you consent to personal processing, your work description, selected interests and permitted company context can be processed by our AI research and voice providers to create your report. Display names and email addresses are omitted when unnecessary. Do not enter client or immigration cases, personal documents, credentials, internal addresses or incident logs. Free text is preference data, not authority to access systems or send messages.

Email verification codes expire in 15 minutes and work once; browser sessions expire after 30 days or sign-out. Personal beta access requires a reusable code with an expiry of at most 30 days from creation. Withdrawing or expiring that access stops new personal production and delivery; your earlier private briefings remain readable. A beta code does not verify your identity or grant company membership. Work profiles retain prior versions so corrections can be recovered and past reports remain traceable. No payment details are collected. Daily delivery and urgent alerts are separate opt-ins; membership is not a subscription. Contact hello@yourcyberbrief.com to request removal. Saving your preferences requests a briefing; pending does not mean an article or audio is ready. When you listen, this browser can remember your playback position using only an opaque report ID and elapsed seconds. That position stays on your device and does not include your work description, company or email.

Daily device reminders are a separate opt-in for each browser and workspace. We store that browser’s push delivery address, encryption keys and a random device identifier to send a generic briefing-ready notification. Names, company details and story content are not included in the notification. Your saved morning time applies; delivery also depends on your browser, device settings and push provider. Turning reminders off for one device and workspace does not change email, other devices, other workspaces or free role subscriptions. Signing out does not unsubscribe a device; turn reminders off in the workspace or your browser’s notification settings.

During the beta, we collect first-party diagnostics about sign-in, setup steps, errors, timing and briefing playback milestones to improve the service. These events do not contain your verification codes, cookies, form text or session recordings. Events are kept for 30 days; feedback you choose to send is kept for up to 90 days. Verified account activity can be connected to your account so we can investigate problems. Browser analytics respect Global Privacy Control; essential server diagnostics still operate. We do not send this telemetry to an advertising service.

Authorized Shaping Rooms operators can review saved preferences and briefings during this beta to investigate problems and check quality. Company readers cannot open someone else’s personalized briefing. Published company role editions are a separate shared resource.
